We called coolray to analyze and diagnose an electrical issue in our home. They told us that there was no charge to diagnose. They did diagnose the issue in less than 10 minutes . said it would be $300.00 to repair. We paid it. They pushed a button and left. Not what I consider reputable or honest. Incredibly disappointed!Business response

Our Electrical Manager has made multiple attempts to contact the customer to discuss and has left multiple messages and has not been able to contact. We are moving forward with a full refund of the charges. We are committed to providing quality customer service and wanted to discuss with the customer. The customer indicate they wanted a full refund, and we will comply with their request. We would appreciate consideration to do work again for the customer in the future.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. We sincerely appreciate the response and resolution from CoolRay Electric. We have encountered many local service companies in this area and have found few that are accountable for their work. CoolRay has given us hope that there are still companies with values and accountability. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to our friends.

I contacted Coolray to replace my old AC unit, I told ****** that I wanted a unit smaller than the one that I have already, when I got home there was this huge thing that they had installed which was a three and a half ton unit all I needed was like a two two and a half unit they wanted to tell me what the government recommend, I've done nothing but ask them day after day to come and get it.They always say they don't come any smaller and need to be in compliance with the government recommendation, so I I don't want you to do anything wrong just come and get it.Business response
