October ***** 2022 Paid $1568.30 We were a party of 3. My sister is handicapped. We had no TV for the whole time when we where there. The said it was only one channel which was a lie. There was homeless walking into the hotel using the bathroom, taking coffee and water and touching everything. My sister saw this and this caused her to be afraid to stay alone in the room so my husband and I could not go out at night. I am asking for a refund for 2 nights. They said the gave us a discount but that was when i made the reservation not for the problems that happened after the fact

Very shady owners. My car was booted and held ransom for $** (cash only). I parked at the far end of the parking lot, right next to a neighboring restaurant. The sign posted said "For Customers Only". As it was next to the restaurant building, and there was a sidewalk leading to the restaurant building, I assumed the "Customer's Only" referred to that establishment. I returned to my car to find it booted with a note to go to the front desk, which was quite a walk. I asked why it was not specified customers of what business and was told I should have known. There were over 10 cars in the row I parked in booted, so apparently these people had the same conclusion about which customers the sign referred to. Of course they accepted cash only, and conveniently had a ATM with a fee right there to get that cash! Clearly a trap for extortion. Shame on you!!

      Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/08/26) */ Hi This is strictly for hotel guest only and she was going to a resturant next door which did not have parking and she had to park at a lot where she had to pay instead she found our hotel lot convinient to park. We do take credit card payments but she said she would dispute the card once we charged so then we asked here to pay cash as she clearly said she would dispute the charges. It clearly says customer parking and that is for the hotel customers and it is fenced not even attached to the restaurant, it is a private parking lot strictly for our business. We are not at fault as this is strictyly for the hotel guests . she should have asked the restaurant where to park rather just asuming and parking at other businesses. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/08/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I believe the owner must have confused me with one of the other numerous persons booted and charged for parking that day as I never mentioned anything about disputing a charge. As I stated, the signage did state for customers only, but did not state customers of which business. There is not a fence between the restaurant and the lot- if there was, how would I have gotten to the restaurant? The front of my car was at the wall of the restaurant, and there was a walkway to restaurant. The business is clearly attempting to take advantage of people and trick people into an obscene charge. The volume of people who fell for the scam as evidenced by the number of cars that had boots placed the day I did speaks to the efficacy of their scam.
