Paid my insurance premium on time every month for 4 years. This company failed to collect a 30$ member fee 7 months ago without proper notice. They even have my automatic payment information. My policy was cancelled suddenly due to them failing to contact me or collect the member due. After calling multiple offices for help and clarification i was only given the option to pay the past minths premium, 30$ member fee and 100$ hidden fee for this problem that they create. These policies should be auditied and controlled. Americans shouldnt be without healthcare because of a negligent policy created by the provider. Im disgusted, in the middle of surgery and now without coverage.Customer response

Due to HIPAA regulations, FBHP is unable to share information regarding a member's protected health information unless the member has appropriately authorized FBHP to do so. I am rejecting this response because: its just a cop out. Theyll refuse to do or say anything because the simply dont have to. Companies like this are a major problem with the American healthcare system. Theyre getting rich while were getting and dying. Good riddance.
