On multiple occasions I've been contacted multiple times a day by this company. I've repeatedly told them I'm only 40 and not eligible for their services. They continue to call at all hours of the day. I'm feeling harassed. I've asked them so many times to please remove me from their call list but they refuse.

      Hello,

In response to the complaint referenced above we are terribly sorry that this individual has gone through this with any company. I can assure you that it is not our office calling him. We are located in *********, ** and we are not licensed to call the ************** for any product that we market, sell or offer out of our office. All of our telephone calls are recorded and kept on file. I have cross checked the complainant's name, address listed on the complaint as well as his phone number to see if we called him at any time, or even by misdialing. We have no calls ever being made to this individual or telephone number referenced.

Again, we are very sorry for his inconvenience and frustration. I believe that he has been a victim of "spoofing" where business numbers or any phone number can be cloned and made to appear as such for an individual or entity claiming to be anyone they chose.

If you have any further questions, you may contact us at any time.

I get multiple calls a day from Am**ican Sr. Benefits. I spoke with an agent today and asked him what i could do to make it stop. He said, "************* am i supposed to do?". I responded with a few choice words myself while telling him to put me on the do not call list. He responded with, " I am from Afghanistan, **** ****** ******" . Believe it or not i got a second call from the same p**son and he addressed me by my name the second time. He quickly hung up once he realized i was the same p**son.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/25) */ Contact Name and Title: ***************/Offc Mgr Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: ********************************* I am terribly sorry that any person has had this experience. Here at American Senior Benefits in Nashville, TN. we are a small office of about 6 benefit coordinators. All of our calls are monitored and recorded. We reach out to seniors who are 65 and above to go over Medicare Supplement options. Our office can only call the states we are licensed to sell insurance which are TN, KY, GA, MS, **, VA, and WV. I am one hundred percent positive that we did not call the consumer. To verify I checked our call logs for the last 90 days. We have not reached out to any number with the same area code as the consumer or in the state of AZ. I am terribly sorry the consumer experienced this; however, it was not our agency or office. I am not sure how the consumer identified our business in this complaint, and we sincerely apologize if anyone misrepresented themselves from our company. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Believe it or not. I got another call from Senior American Benefits and it was the same person. I was paying attention when he introduced himself and he said his name was **** ********. He quickly hung up on me when i started to question him. I have been informed there is a **** ******** that works for Senior American Benefits. I believe this person is in Kansas. Should an organization be able to walk away from a **** ****** because we have reached out to the wrong branch location? "Sorry, it wasn't anybody in my office" does not seem to be an acceptable answer.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/26) */ Contact Name and Title: ********* *****/Offc Mgr Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ******@americanseniorbenefits.com We are American Senior Benefits located in Nashville Tn. Our call center reaches out to seniors who are verified to be 65 years and older in TN, MS, **, Ky VA and GA. All of our calls are recorded, and there is no record of us ever calling anyone with the complainant's name or telephone number listed above. The complainant called in our office on 05/26/22 @ 8:58 am CST and stated that someone called her multiple times from Brunswick, OH. I'm not sure how she got our office or phone number, other than researching Senior Benefits. I believe she has the wrong business and location. She also called on 05/25/22 at 4:07 pm CST from a 304-area code and stated someone called her 23 times this week. She did not say that our office or our phone number had placed any call to her, she asked if it were the corporate office. We take complaints very seriously and researched both numbers to verify that we have not placed ANY calls to the complainant. I am sorry for her inconvenience; however, our business establishment has not made any attempt to ever reach her.
