    On 08/12/2022 at 3.01pm my friend sent me a package using UPS store. The tracking number of the package is*********XXXXXXXXXX. The tracking number was created and package was lost after that. My friend and I contacted UPS store. We were told that package is lost and drivers are not required to scan packages when they pick it up. I submitted a review on ****** and the owner of the store (******) stated that drivers don't scan packages. I contacted the Corporate office and asked to verify the information. The Corporate stated that drivers must scan every package. I accuse the cashier who accepted the package at 3.01pm in steeling the package. The cashier asked my friend multiple times what was inside. My friend stated it was a payment. I contacted the store multiple times asking to refund $100 worth of foreign currency that was inside and the amount my friend paid for shipping. They agreed to refund only refund the shipping cost. Store does no longer apply to my messages.

    I went to buy a box was charged $20 for the box. I hadn’t left the store and asked to return due to the price and the receipt stated it was returnable, clerk apologized stating no item in the store was returnable. I asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager on duty, and no manager to call. I ask for the district manager and was refused. The clerk stated the manager had never taken any returns that there is t even a button in the computer for returns because the policy is all sales are final. The receipt clearly stated differently.
