Do not recommend Kevin G****, who operates under several business names, i.e. Appliance Doctor and ***** **** ********* - he said his service call is $139 but that fee would be applied to the work order if he did the repair - he was at our home for less than 30 min, said the washing machine needed a spin switch - the total bill was $279.95. He left a receipt, but it did not have his hourly rate, the parts price - just the total. I found out after he left this was an inexpensive part and it only took him a few minutes to install. Not sure why the bill was so high and he could not explain it when I called him back to ask for a breakdown. I will not be using him again. I give him less than 1 star if I had the option.

Well, I’m sorry that you feel that way. I explain to your wife while I was there that I had re-insert it the 10 mm bolt to reattach the agitator to the transmission. I told her that sometimes that will work. I told her if it comes loose again, we would have to replace the transmission or the wash plate, depending upon what was causing the problem. The money that you paid was for the service charge which would have to be paid whether it was repaired or not. And like I explained to you on the phone yesterday it’s not a problem we can take care of the wash plate or the transmission depending which one it is, please contact me and let me know . By the way, I wrote this on your bill so that there would be no confusion later. Thank you and have a good day.
