I authorized a payment by phone from my checking account for $40 and they took $70.23 from my checking account causing some of my other checks to bounce. I have contacted them 3 times about this, and they will not return the $30.23 and the requested $70.00 in bounced fees they have caused by overcharging me. I have had several issues with them in the past over billing. Every time I call them, I get a new person with a different answer to my problem. The last person I talked to said I will not be refunded any of my money and that there is another charge that I never was billed for from last June or July. All calls are recorded and the amounts I have stated have been acknowledged by them.Business response

An outreach letter was mailed to the consumer 01-21-2022 requesting the consumer reach out to us to discuss the concerns. Please contact me with any questions or concerns at ************. Gerri ********* Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/01/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) they are saying because I owe them money they will not correct the problem nor will they refund the overdraft charges that were incurred because of taking more money than was authorized
