      I had my first & only sleep study 2016. I had a problem with their mask options April 2023. My dermatologist told me the full face mask was damaging the skin on the bridge of my nose. I saw my sleep center doctor to try another type of mask. I was mailed the mask covering my mouth but fitting up against my nostrils under my nose. The device sucked oxygen from my lungs alternating between giving air then sucking it out. Very painfully & I happened to be having a girls weekend with my friends. They were awakened by my breathing & thought I was dying & awakened me. I then contacted AeroCare to explain to them the reengineering of the connection between the hose & my device was malfunctioning or not working properly. I was told that was the only connection they now had. AeroCare suggested I try the only other option which fit over my head like a headband. This would not stay on while I slept. I had to pay for any device or supplies I had opened whether I could use them or not. I returned what I had not opened. I was billed $47. I have been called every day at least once for the last 10 months. I received another bill last week (March 15, 2024) for $29.44. I called the company three weeks ago and ask that the cease & desist the harassing phone calls that I was no longer interested in their products or services. As a result they sent me another bill date of service 9/27/2023. I again informed them I had not had any services from them in the last 10 months! This company needs to be held responsible for harassment & defrauding customers & insurance companies.

      This is the WORST experience i have ever had with a company. Not only did i have to FIGHT with my insurance company twice to correct the mistake the company made so it would go under my deductible, but this company is a complete scam. I wish i never would have ever accepted them and suffered. I was told i would get free supplies every six months. WRONG yet again. You have to meet your deductible first...that was never told to me. Then i get the return label and return the items that were not used because 1) i didnt need them and 2) i was not goin got pay over $200 for supplies. I have reached out to this company several times because my items were return via *** per their prepaid label on August 31st at 11:35am. My bill has still not been corrected and they just keep adding more and more funds on to the account. I have reached out via email several times and told "i would get a call". Never did. Continued emailing the ONE rep I actually got and never heard another word back. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. GO ELSEWHERE. Oh and they over charge on literally ANYTHING they can.

      I was treated unfairly!! This company did not leave a phone message, no correspondence sent to my address ,they did not send anything to my insurance company (I called to verify) about information needed before sending this to be collection actions. I would really like to be contacted to explain why. I'm not in good health and should not be treated this way.

      Worst company by far. I was using ******************************** until the company merged with them. I was never informed by this company that my CPAP was recalled. Instead, this company continued to charge my debit card. When I found out the recall, I called the company and was asked if I had completed the recall from through********** which I had. I was informed to send them ******** response. Which I did. I had the most difficult time getting the customer reps email address (because it was excessively long - he had a heavy accent and his email contained 18 letters before the @ sign) Even when the "rep" sent me an email, i sent the recall letter back to the same email address. Since day one, I have been receiving notifications that "there was a temporary problem delivering your message to........will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently." I was told that the rep would review my billing with the supervisor and stop charging my card (which i only had 1 payment left). Since then I have had numerous calls from billing informing me that i still have 1 payment left and i spoke to yet another Jorge and was told the same thing (except about sending the email). I have since then received numerous calls about my bill. I am unable to speak with a person. Which really doesn't help because now they have put a late fee on top of my 1 bill remaining. In addition to still billing me, I get numerous emails and phone calls about reordering my CPAP supplies. Seriously, for a machine I cannot use! This company has lost their minds. I will never order anything from them again. At this point, I have blocked all communication with them.
