On December 20th myself and three others went to the museum. We paid $100 to enter. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Vet. We entered the museum and because of my disability I had to go the bathroom very quickly. My granddaughter assisted me and we went back to the entrance for the bathroom. No one was at the entrance when we left and the bathroom was there which we could not use without entering a code from our paid receipt. We then exited the bathroom and headed back to the museum. We were immediately stoped and told we could not reenter the museum. The were no signs indicating reentering was not allowed. They told us the handout given to us told us you could not renter. That was a lie because it didn't. We had only previously just entered the museum so we saw nothing and because of my disability I had to go to the bathroom. They refused to listen to anything we had to say. You could tell we just paid for our initial administration. The bearded head of security then told us to vacate the facility. We trier to explain our situation with no interest from them. Next additional security guards shored up and surrounding us so we could not doing anything. I repeat I tilt asked to talk to a manager with no responce. They then started to walk towards us so we had to go out !the door. They followed us outside onto the street and followed us up the street until they were sure we were leaving. I tried to contact them about this situation with no responce. I am a 100% disabled vet with issues that they totally ignored and we were in the museum go maybe ten minutes. I tried to request a refund of my $100 and any response but as what happened there nothing happened. They took our money, never explained any no reenter policy, the bathroom was directly at the entrance and there were no signs inside showing where the bathrooms were. I thing the treatment of our group was totally unacceptable. We spent $100 and got nothing. I talked to the ticket people and they said they would be fire
