Horrible to work with. Took them over a month an then denide us over inconsistencies in work. We just move from out of state took some time to travel, paid cash for our house. Decided to remodel and needed cash out with excellent credit and still denied. Go somewhere else

Guaranty purchased my loan from another company about 6 months ago. Although they claim to have paid my quarterly taxes my town has now sent me a second delinquency notice. When I call Guaranty they tell me that the wire transfer has been sent (it also states this on my statements on their website) but they can not show me a receipt or any evidence that they have done so. It only says, "Your taxes have been paid". That is my only evidence. My town does not agree with them. It has been over 2 months and still nothing.Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation (GHMC) Response

Did not inform us effectively about the sale of our mortgage to another company. Found out 17 days after the payment was due. Bad business practice to not follow up with advanced notice on a huge change.
