BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS!! BEDBUGS!!! DO NOT stay here unless you would like to go home with bedbug bites. I experienced this recently after a one night stay in July 2023. When I called to discuss the situation 4 days later (the bites showed up over 3 days), the woman at the front desk asked why I waited 4 days to call them. Do they have a time limit for reporting bedbugs infestation there?? I didn't even know what they were until I researched the bites. FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES were RUDE and would not discuss the situation with me or let me talk to a manager. Their so-called "corporate" number for RTI*SWHotels is disconnected - SURPRISE! I contacted the BBB in Nashville and they have a D- rating. I wished I had known - I only needed a quick stopover to attend an event. It's Friday (5 days later)) and I'm still have to apply ******** cream to stop the itching. Completely gross. BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS!! BEDBUGS!!!Review from Jeanne K.

I wish we can do no stars!! it does not deserve it!! how is this place still in business!! Do not ever stay here!! I should of read before I booked. I did not know what i was getting into. gross, old, dirty & bed bugs!! when you try and talk to Tianna "the manager" she does not let you talk and then she hangs up on you!!!! ruuuuuunnnnnn never stay!! i checked in and checked right out!! no way i would every stay there with my family or even just me! tooo scary!!! Right off the highway as well. Unsafe very place. Even the front desk locks the doors, you have to knock to be let in. There is holes cut out of the curtains so people look out! Why! So run down as well.
