I hired this company for a residential move. They broke my furniture. They put my sons bunk bed back together improperly not securing the screws or stripping them causing the bed to fall in the middle of the night. I reached out to the owner about this issue. He never once responded. They also drove their trick thru my front yard damaging new sod. The owner said some of the grass was dead there anyway taking no responsibility. In addition they scratched my dryer and tore my brand new sectional. The biggest issue is my sons bed.Business response

During the move the last item was a washer/dryer stackable unit. The movers decided to carry this downstairs facing down (aka the knobs on the front of the machine were facing the floor), so no surprise that it knocked on a few stairs and was damaged. The dryer door was off its hinges, the **** to operate the dryer was off kilter, and the side of the dryer was broken off. I immediately called to submit a claim form and provided pictures of the damage. It has now been a month of multiple phone calls and emails never returned, and the two times I've reached the manager he was rude and combative. I do not believe they ever intend to process the claim, and I have been patient for a month. Now I am escalating this as I cannot resolve on my own.
