              I was emailed a “warning” that ******* claimed I participated in artificial streaming. I have done no such thing, but my (one and only) song was taken down from *******. I reached out to *******, and they told me my distributor (Ditto) could send them my appeal to try and get my music reinstated on *******. I was given a form letter type of response from Ditto saying basically, “If ******* took your song down, there’s nothing we can do.” That’s completely false. A. They can reach out to *******. B. Upon further research, it’s Ditto who removed the song, not *******! I have reached out many times, only to be ghosted by Ditto customer support. I pay for a Pro Membership, which is supposed to provide 24/7 support. I was even able to see that my messages had been “seen”, but when I looked later it was changed to “not seen yet”. This is some serious scam **! There is an article in ******* ********** April, 9, 2024 edition about exactly what has happened to me.
