If zero was an option they would receive it. If your inquiry doesn't involve SP+ receiving money they won't help you. If you call the customer service number and the system doesn't hang up on you you're lucky. When it does answer and you choose the call back option because of an extended wait time they will never call you back. When you do talk to someone their only function is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I was lied to and told they would forward me to someone else and they hung up. Just a terrible company.Review from NaSheena C

Disgusting company, price gouging at its finest. Then they tried to hide the company ‘s name. I wonder why?Review from Rose S

I received a notice from a debt collector on January 8, 2024 stating I owed $42.50 for a parking violation at the Brightline station in Aventura, FL that took place on November 20, 2023. This was my first knowledge that I had a parking violation as I had not received an invoice from the company they were representing, SP Plus Corporation. The next day, January 9, 2024 I received an invoice from SP Plus Corporation which was dated December 28, 2023. This was very humiliating to receive this notice as I always pay my bills on time. Now this is on my credit report. They deserve 0 stars! Why is this company allowed to do this? Thank youReview from Jeffrey R

On 12/10/23, I visited **** *********** on City Av for ~1.5 hrs, using the building's underground garage in a strip of spaces labeled "RESTAURANT PARKING", as I did many previous times during 2022-23. I noticed that the automated ticket station/parking barrier had been removed since my last visit, but I parked as usual in the patron area that had always received ~2 hr free parking. On 1/10/24, I received a violation notice from SP+, dated 12/28/23, claiming a $46 unpaid parking fine. On 1/13/24 - yes, within ~72 hrs of the first/only notification by SP+ - I received a notice from a collection agency (********** ****** ***** * *******) for the unpaid "debt". Meaning that SP+ had to have referred my bogus fine to collections before they even mailed their only notice. The bad "surveillance" photos included in SP+'s violation noticedid indeed I.D. my car and license, but the images managed not show I was parked in a space directly under a large (~1 x 40 ft) yellow-painted banner reading "RESTAURANT PARKING". Their notice included no documentation of the time period charged, or any fee rates. I should also mention there are no visitor/patron parking rates visibly posted anywhere on or around the City Av. site - I confirmed this by driving back to the area on 1/11, including taking photographs. There are now a number of signs at street level showing a QR code to scan/pay parking, and I noticed a similar sign on entering the garage as well, but this notice is absent from the "Restaurant Parking" area I used. As others have noted, SP+ manages to post no details or instructions, certainly no clarification of whether fees apply to all areas, including those not displaying a QR code. These actions, and the attitude they convey, convince me that the SP+ SP+ organization are lazy, incompetent, and unscrupulous. .Review from Dakota B

I received a volition from Denver Co. I live in TN and was not there. Its the same plate number but mine is Tennessee header. The photos show a vehicle that is not mine, with the same plate number just has a Colorado header. They make it close impossible to talk to anyone that can help. I would like this resolvedReview from Kareliz R

They are the new parking company at Ballston Quarter. I only use that parking when it is too cold to walk, and I want to go to the gym (*** ****). Well, the instructions are not clear. I used it the 1st time by calling once I was done in the gym, I was also surprised of the extra fee for using the phone to pay. The 2nd time I got a $10 penalty and the page to dispute doesn't work. I called their number and the person was very rude, it looks like they get many calls from other people who are as frustrated as I am. The businesses at Ballston Quarter are trying to get more business. Still, I see this new parking system affecting them negatively if the parking company doesn't improve the instructions, the payment options, and the service.Review from Tony C

our family parked our handicap accessible van in a space next to the memorial hall building where we where going to attend a concert. There was a sign on the wall of the building that indicated that to park in this lot we should text this number - ***** - to this phone number * *** *** ****. We did so and waited for a response / instruction. We received no response. We did not see any other signage indicating where to 'pay for parking'. There where no other handicap accessible spaces available. When we left the concert there was a parking violation on the windshield where the handicap accessible tag is easily visible. I disputed the violation and received an email telling me the dispute was not accepted and I was to pay $90.00 for a 12$ parking spot.Review from Phyllis J

I would give SP Plus zero stars if I could. This horrible company operates the auto parking garage in my employer's building. They have an established parking fee on a sign at the entrance. One time, I paid the fee, worked all day, and still had a parking violation ticket on my windshield. The email address on the ticket goes unanswered, but I had the emailed receipt and later the ******* *** credit card statement by the time the collection agency contacted me months later! They are super shady! I stopped parking in the SP garage after that incident, even though external garages were up to a block away from my office. Yesterday, I had a 930 meeting, and I parked in the SP garage against my better judgement because I wanted to be on time for the meeting. I rushed upstairs straight from the garage, smiling and remembering how convenient it is to park in the same building as my employer's offices. I had a series of meetings back to back, and I forgot to go back downstairs to pay the parking fee. Last night, there was a citation for $46 - the parking fee as posted on the sign $20, a "violation unparking fee" $21 and an administrative fee $5. What a ripoff. I'll never park in an SP garage again -- even if I am late for a meeting!Review from Kevin L.

They must be idiots. I have received four letters from them demanding payment for parking. They included photo of car and car tag, neither of them mine. Then turned them over to a collections agency. SP+ has provided me proof that it is not my car or tag by sending me the photo of the car and car tag. Where are they getting their mis-information? Checking with State Attorney General's office.Review from Christopher K

Should be ZERO stars. Never use them with a rental car ever, they will link that plate to your information. Their equipment malfunctions frequently. I got home from a trip, about to go to bed, get a text that a new parking session started in ATL, GA for me while I am home in WI. Took over an hour to straighten out, customer support was snippy with me. Previous trip had issues, left email and never got a response, called them and went in virtual queue with no call back. TBH - if your company uses this company for parking I will never use your business because I will never park with them again no matter what.
