I booked a party bus tour with Rowdy Bus in Nashville for the date July 15th at 11:30pm. I paid a total of $694.24 for this experience. We were promised a two hour ride, with a bartender, and a few other small things. The bus itself was ten minutes late and arrived with no bar tender. We then had to drive to go pick up the bartender from a hotel after we were picked up from an empty parking lot. Everything started out okay, but then the bartender proceeded to look intoxicated and under the influence of several things. The bartender who also turned out to be the owner for the Rowdy Bus business began getting too close to the females on the bus. The owner/bartender ****** put his hands on three of the females on the bus and very noticeably feeling up on one of the females. The females on the bus felt so uncomfortable that we requested to be immediately dropped off. But when the driver and bartender started arguing the males on the bus begin arguing back and demanding that they drop us off immediately and that is when we were dropped off on the side of the road, which was better than being on that bus with a man who was obviously on something. God forbid we wouldn't have had the males on the bus with us, what if it had just been us females on the bus there is not telling what else the bartender would have tried. We also felt very uncomfortable because the bartender was the only one who could serve us our drinks.Business response

We also went ahead and fully refunded this customer just to make everyone happy as I cannot say with complete confidence whose side of the story is the most accurate.
