My significant other and I went into this establishment to pay on a bill that we have been paying layaway on for months and there was a new girl inside who didn't know how to take payments correctly the assistant manager was there he allowed her to take our money and when the date don't change for the next payment he said he would take care of it don't worry he would Figure it out the next day he called and said that the account was closed out the Money had been taking he then got upset that we were upset and left me on hold for an hour until the store close he contact him boss and told a lie when I try to get in contact with the boss by leaving messages at the corporate office and call other stores for him to get in contact with me he refuses to talk to me he tells his employees to tell me he's busy this has been going on for the past three weeks and Ive yet to received a call back but he tells the employee/manager at the store that we can no longer purchase I never had any deals with this man I only asked him why when she informed him that there was a problem why was it then not taking care of. I feel this is a racial problem And that we are being discriminated against
