Mary in asset recovery is not an honest person. When they failed to process a payment, that was set for automatic payments, they doubled the payment on the last transaction. When I called to investigate the payments, she told me she attempted to call and left a voicemail to let me know that the payment was declined on the last auto-pay date. Not only was there no payment ran through on my account on that date (verified through my bank, which she told me she did twice), there is also no call log nor voicemail from cal-tenn on that date. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this business and Mary speaks to people in a very condescending tone. Don't try to put blame on innocent people when you're the one at fault.

I have reviewed the account and listened to the recorded call. I am happy to provide the call if requested. Cal Tenn Financial tired to run the approved CC for the 15th and it was declined. Cal Tenn then tried to run the CC again on the 22nd and it was declined. *********** says in her call and complaint that her bank does not show where we tried to run the card. I cannot guarantee that someone did not possibly key in a wrong number by mistake or some other type of human error. On the 30th of the month Cal Tenn was able to process her card for both payments as required by her contract. *********** was very polite on the call and we have appreciated her business. While I understand her frustration this incident should be irrelevant. *********** is claiming that Cal Tenn never ran her card on the 15th, if that were true then the money she thought would come out of her account would still be in her account on the 30th when the full payment was taken out. *********** account is current today and not due untl the 19th for the amount of $******- Cal Tenn has extended her the courtesy of allowing her to pay 1/2 a payment on the 15th and the other half on the 30th of the month. This technically has her past due but we have always waived her late fee as this was set up by the dealership this way. Again, *********** was very polite and courteous on the phone and we appreciate her business. I am happy to extend a payment if that helps her current situation. I am a little confused as to her complaint because no additional monies were removed from her account and no late fees were charged. The only issue I see is that Cal Tenn did not collect the $*** on the 15th and collected the full payment on the 30th. Again this is still the exact amount that is collected monthly.
