These people have been in my neighborhood off and on for weeks. We’ve had someone come by multiple times and have told them absolutely not each time. Tonight I was getting out of my car at 9:45pm and I hear someone yelling HEY…HEY from the street. I rush inside and she comes knocking at my door. We did not answer, she finally left. This is unacceptable from a company.

This company is full of bull. Our neighborhood was just hit by a storm. They have people come around trying to get you to let them spray your house one thing they don’t tell you is it’s not a one time thing. The girl that finally talked us into doing it after we had told her no so many times (Maria) fell to tell us that it was a contract and they would be around every month. When speaking to them we told them that we did not get any papers about a contract they said they sent an email. Now we are stuck for a year with this sorry low class company. ******* * News will hear about this

Almost impossible to cancel service!!!!! Worried me to death to start service and I felt sorry for the young guy so (my mistake) I let them begin services at my home… shortly after the first service I could not even tell they had been there:( When you try to cancel they tell you to call this number and that number and it has to be 30 days prior to the next service- but they make you keep said scheduled service… just not a good business to work with AT ALL

i live in Lakeland, Florida - and i just had a young guy come up to my door and knock - he had an Urbanex shirt on - i have a large NO SOLICITORS sticker on my front door- i asked 3 times- who is it - on the 3rd time he started talking on and on about crab spiders and i told him politely that my door says NO SOLICITORS- he kept talking anyways- by the 3rd time i told him my door says NO SOLICITORS and i am not interested - in fact i also said my whole neighbor has a sign that says DEED RESTRICTED COMMUNITY - NO SOLICITORS- and you are not welcome- please leave- i finally had to threated to call the police before he would leave my front porch- i will NEVER use a company that is so rude to have their sales people come through neighborhoods knocking on doors with signs that clearly tell them NOT TO - so unprofessional and i will call the police and file a complaint if it ever happens again - what a horrible company and they have no respect for people and their property - shame on you URBANEX

Solicitor disregarded the No Soliciting sign, rang the door bell AND knocked. When my wife opened the door and told him we have a sign, he started to talk over her and said that he wanted to "introduce himself" and see if we were happy about our current pest control company. Absolutely no respect and blatant disregard of the posted sign on the door.

This company promised a service that was not rendered. They also mentioned that if I was not satisfied with the results of their work I could cancel at anytime with no penalties. They did not keep their word. They are continuously charging me after I asked them to cancel several times. They are also charging me a cancellation fee for no reason which was never mentioned. They mentioned I could cancel if I was not happy with the work and now they are blackmailing me with a cancellation fee.

Their contract states that you must send written notice of cancellation after your 1 year contract. Upon sending that written cancellation they try to tell you that you must call their office to cancel. A clear and obvious breach of their own contract. When you do call, they will continually try to launch into pre-written speeches about why you should remain a customer. Ultimately you have to get rude - telling them they are already in breach of their contract and they need to stop pushing and simply cancel it before it becomes a larger issue for them. I had them for nearly 5 years and had a similar issue and unenjoyable time dealing with them when I sold a house and was trying to get them to transfer the service to the new house. The incompetence with the staff had them continuing to the old house multiple times and I would then have to contact them after getting a "we just serviced your home" txt and knowing - because I work at home and have cameras - that they never showed up at the correct house. Every contact with them via phone is an ordeal that takes a half hour or more. The breaching of their own contracts simply takes the cake for poor business practices and labels them as either incompetent or malicious in their business practices.

Worse company ever!!!! Please don't ever use this company! They are a scam. They are bullies and very rude. They basically beg you to use their services but when they come they never do a thorough job. I use to have to go behind them and make them do their job. They just be rushing to get done and don't care where they are spraying that trashy formula they are using. They are only about money and not customer service oriented at all. They charged me $150 because I told them I wanted to cancel the contract with them. I cancelled because the formula they are using doesn't work and it causes more ants and spiders. Don't waste your time with this company. You will be very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Going to be brutally honest here and say I should have done my research on this company before agreeing. My crawl space wasn’t touch and his reason was it’s locked when he could have asked. A quick spray around the house and quick to be gone to the next. After seeing what company cares more about in sales and making the most money in sales explains the fancy sales pitch given to my family and my neighbors. I understand you gotta make money but a lie to make business, half treatment and lock people into contracts without all details is absolutely disgusting. And a company that says they are Vet owned. I hate to be this person but times are hard and sale pitches to lie to people is even worse. My neighbor and I will be calling to cancel.

This company is a joke. They have sales people knocking on peoples doors at 8:30 at night saying their phone doesn't work.
