      The business dropped their emails letting customers know when their cards would be charged. Then they started changing the dates of when the cards would be charged so as a customer you couldn't stay on top of it and prevent an order you didn't want from going through. Then they charged me for an order they had not even shipped and REFUSED to cancel the order or refund my card.

      On February 7, 2022, I signed up for a 2 week trial of dog food then after I give them my credit card information, I'm told via a confirmation page that I will be charged $** for the 4-week subscription after the trial ships (which would be same day or the next day since it's due to arrive February 12th) unless I cancel by February 8th. I then try to cancel online but the site does not allow you to. It says you must call or email which also makes me not trust the company further. It does not allow you to control your own automatic subscription that they sign you up for. So I email then I call and the representative asked me why I wanted to cancel. I told her exactly what I wrote here to which she began to berate me and say I was wrong. That the free trial will be charged on February 8th and I said but the site is telling me that I have a subscription now which I did not sign up for and the only date on here is February 8th. She then says I will be charged for the subscription on February 22nd and that again, I'm wrong. I said please tell me where it says February 22nd. She says it doesn't. I keep telling her that's my exact point but she keeps interrupting me and still has not cancelled anything. I would like this cancelled and would also like an ******* for the way this was treated. Nowhere on the site does it say I have the ability to sign up for the subscription on my own, nor do I have the ability to cancel it on my own nor does it say anything about being charged February 22nd. I also do not like that this rep, knowing and admitting these facts, still yelled at ME and hung up.
