      On February 20, 2024, I purchased 5 tix to the Hartford Mimosa Bar Crawl for myself and 4 friends as advertised on ******** and by United Festival Productions. We have not been able to communicate with the production company, emails have gone unanswered and their website is not accessible. This event appears to not exist when we attempt to look for more details. It is supposed to happen Sunday, June 23rd but no exact location has been provided just a vague location for examplethe event is supposed to happen in *****************, ** but not at a particular establishment. Advertisement has seized and the ******** page also no longer exists.

      On 2/21/24 I ordered a ticket from this organization for a Mimosa Crawl which was scheduled for June 15, 2024, in **********, **. I paid $19.22 via my Mastercard credit card and received a confirmation of payment. I heard nothing from this organization from February to June. I attempted to view information about the Crawl earlier this week and discovered the website was inactive. When I researched further, I discovered other complaints on your website for UTIX MGR. I am seeking a refund of $19.22 for the ticket I purchased and I want to add my experience to your investigation of potential fraud.

      On September 26, 2022, I had purchased tickets to a Mimosa Bar Crawl in *****. The event was canceled. Information was given on social media about how to request a refund. I emailed the company with my order ID on October 2, 2022. They responded back and said they had forwarded it to management. On December 4, 2022, I followed up on my refund with another email. They responded and apologized for the delay and replied that they would forward it on to management. As of July 14, 2023, I have still not received the refund.
