I went to apply at Yager Flats in Austin Tx and went I got there at the apartment complex I felt bad vibes and knew they was going to be on some bull so I went to look at a 3 bedroom and it was small so I asked them when the 4 bedroom going to be ready and they kept telling me they didn’t know so I looked on they website and it said on 7/31/24- 8/15/24 so I had to call them if they received my application and I had to keep calling them about a update on my application because they wouldn’t communicate with me so they put me on a waitlist and still not communicate so they saw my number because they was using a cellphone and I’m telling them I need to move in by 8/31/24 so they denied my application and I’m like ok if y’all denied my application because of my credit so can I have y’all third party number and they didn’t give it to me or didn’t ask me if I’m under any program just denied my application with communication with me about anythingReview from Trey P

Absolutely awful company the apartments are in horrendous conditions and they expect the consumer to figure out all their problems! Then they don't even do anything to rectify they bandage up ****poor situations and do the bare minimum to keep them covered. New Monrovia in huntsville alabama is absolutely the worst situation you could possibly live in if you like getting rained on while you sleep and water leaking through your roof on a ( Brand New Home)Review from Tozaria G

Do not move here! I applied at Flats at 2109 last year and the application fee was $15 at the time and they charged me $30. Then on the website they said they had one bedrooms available. Then I get to their temporary office space, and they said they have no one bedrooms available. So that right there alone ****** me off. Fast forward to today, I decided to try to get into the new apartments called Eastside Flats (which I shouldn’t in the first place due to my previous experience). They did the same thing, took my $35 for the application fee and told me that no one bedrooms available only this time, “the somewhat of a professional” decided she didn’t need to tell me the location of the building that they were currently at. Had me and another applicant looking stupid in the middle of a construction site for the apartments. The corporate office doesn’t answer the phone as well. ELMINGTON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OWES ME OVER $60. And I travelled from out of state so my time was wasted and it was an inconvenience. Matter of fact, look at all the reviews of their properties on ****** reviews, the tenants are going THROUGHT IT and the applicants went through the same thing I went through. Archdale flats, flats at 2109, eastside flats, Archdale seniors, freedom flats. They are all owned by the same companies! They’re trash and an unprofessional company. I dodged a bullet and so should you. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! I’m about to report the BBB on them anyway. P.S. What’s the point of a phone/email if you’re not going to use it?Review from Amber K

I moved into Legacy at Beach Club apartments in September 2022 and secured a ***** bond as recommended by the property manager. In November 2023, my lease ended and I moved. End of Feb 2024, I received a notice from ***** that a claim was made on my bond from the apartment 4 months later and was sent an invoice in the amount of 857.47 due by April 5th 2024 with no explanation other than the apartment submitted an invoice for carpet replacement and they paid it and now I was responsible for the amount or my credit would be affected. I submitted a dispute and they said they already paid the amount with just an invoice and if I wanted to dispute it to contact the apartments and that I needed to pay by the 5th and them saying I had a service dog in the apartment and stating it was pet urine was enough to pay the claim. My dog is service trained and doesn't use the bathroom inside. The carpet was improperly installed at move in and it was noted to management and they acknowledged it. At the time of move out, the manager became non responsive and would not do a final walk through. ***** bonds accepted this claim with no evidence such as pictures or any proof. I've explained to them that the management company is nonrepsonsive and ***** has just said "oh well we already paid them and you owe us" keep in mind the area in question is less than 200 sq feet and no company charges almost 900 for carpet replacement. The carpet was also steam cleaned upon move out. Lyndsay the property manager at Legacy Beach Club apartments in long beach ms is a lying, vindictive person that allows her delinquent children to wreak havoc on the neighborhood. She is nothing but a problem and her kids walk into peoples houses whenever they want and destroy property including cars in the neighborhood.Review from JACQUELINE E

I sent this email to this person that had replied to a review on ****** review. ******* * *************** Hi! I'm looking for help due to I paid an application fee of $25. Your team seem to have set me up online and has labeled the account unit unassigned. I have not been contacted by anyone or mailed any type of information as to when can I tour the property or what is the next step. This has been since January 2024. I called the number at one point and left a message. No one has bothered to return my call's. Now when I call the line just hangs up. I don't know if you're aware of your reviews but this seems to be an ongoing problem with a lot of other people not just myself. This office is having people apply and pay an application fee with no communication afterwards. I'm not aware if you are aware that this is going on so I'm giving you a heads up. I need to have some form of communication. Without that communication my next step will be to report this to the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is ran by the FBI. Your company has 3 days to respond to this email. The amount of reviews stating how they are taking money online and not providing a service. This will not go well for your company. Due to there's a team in place just for this type of Internet crime. Thank you for your time and attention I look forward to hearing back from your company soon. ********** *******Review from Beberly P

I live in the Hobson Flats apartment complex in Antioch. I’ve been dealing with rude and unprofessional behavior at this office with a leasing consultant by the name of Candice C****. When I came to live in these apartments the management was different and they were friendly. But at the time of renewing the contract it was already a new Management, since I had calls with the office it is always Candice who answers, I have no problem with that, the problem is that she always talks to me in a bad way and yells at me, even when I don't I have treated her badly. Every time she called me she told me that they were going to evict me from the apartments due to my immigration status, when she translated from Spanish to English she said things that the tenants did not say, I realized that since she does not know that I speak English and I could hear her translate what we were supposedly talking about. She is a very aggressive person, I am afraid to even go to the office or make a call because I don't want to go through that type of situation again. I couldn't move because I didn't have the financial resources to do so, I hope next year I can move.Review from Sally J

Poor Management at Ivywood Park at Vining in Atlanta Ga. The manager very aggressive, argumentative, sneaks around but never catch or address real issues. They enter your units without permission & suspected to come when your not home. It is not ll that safe here. They promise to install cameras that has yet to be done. Tenants request for Upper Management all the times & get the run around all the time. The pool just open after being close over 4 years. Mice & rats always get into the apartments & they barely have pest control to come. Sometimes it feel likes management are smammers: they have a tenants signing documents, leases over 1 year old, back dating dates, then expect for any trust when falsifying documents is what’s taken place. These apartments supposed to TAX CREDIT they regular rent & need to be reported. I trust nothing about these apartments, management, nor management company.Review from Tiesha D

My name is ******** ******* and I live at ***** **** apartments in Charlotte NC. I’ve been dealing with rude and unprofessional behavior at this office with an assistant by the name of Mary. I’ve had 2 checks sent and signed for however my account has not been updated. I went into the office and the assistant Mary did not want to speak with me, instead I had to hear her speak immaturely about the situation to her leasing agent. Mary gave me false information about my account. I also asked if she could pull my original lease and she stated they don’t have that on file and that I will need to find my lease and show her that I’m already paying month to month. I’ve tried getting in contact with management however I haven’t gotten a response. I’m completely disgusted with this office behavior.
