THESE PEOPLE ARE DELUSIONAL AND NEED TO WATCH WHAT LANDLORDS THEY HIRE!!! Skyview apartments have unhappy tenants that are scared to tell on them because they trying to evict ppl!!! They wont even show my paperwork trying to give me 10 days to vacate wen iav no income!!! Im about to call thenew ppl etc i wud adviee nobody not to move there RHEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED REAL BAD!!! They think us as humans are dumb and IM NOT ONE OF THEM!!! Ober a simple mistake they mistral they maintainance men I CAN GO ON ITS SAD!!!

While the company is great, but two properties denied me section 8 (first time voucher) when one (**************) told me they don't do section 8 without any proof to back up their lie and the other (***************) told me that they had units available through section 8. One of the workers I spoke to over the phone and mostly by email due to my disability worked with me to get the process started by letting me fill out the application form and return it by email because my family and I were sick with COVID at the time. Out of all apartments in my area during my 60 days search ********* was the one who got back with me (even though it took time). After I had sent off the paperwork and got my money order when I got cleared to leave isolation to pay my fees no one was running the office. Literally, No one was in the office to answer the phone, no call backs after leaving voicemail, email communications have stopped completely after I send off my applications and proof of information (which I feel really dumb about now to have done that.). New emails were NOT being responded and to make matters worse my husband and I have walked to the office from opening time, near lunch time and hour before closing to not a soul being there. It took months to hear something from them to answer my questions and its now an hour after opening and a soul still has not answer the phone. I lost my voucher the same day because this place was the only place that gave me hope to get my family out of this area we are in currently. Out of all apartments in my area in the last 60 stressful overwhelming days of searching ********* gave my family hope for a new beginning at the last minute and now it's gone.
