              We met with **** of Thompson family Catering in December of 2020. We completed a tasting and secured him as our vendor for our wedding in October 2021 in December. He received two payments that equal a $*****. After quoting myself the complete job of catering for my event would be $***** for pasta, side salad, kids menu of chicken and waffles and chocolate covered strawberries. He stated he would need half down as the deposit. He was paid by cash app $*** on December 23, 2020 and $*** on January 9, 2021. He is now trying to say the price for *** guest is $***** and refuses to return my $*****. After admitting he misquoted and has not provided me with any form of contract or documentation with price increase. I requested my money and he is now saying it is non refundable with no statement of a policy stating this before. He refuses to refund my money.
