Initially, on 2/9/2022, the company installed my roofing. The contract shows that the total payment **** be $7908.65 which that amount included code upgrade paid when incurred. The amount is $690.48. Additionally, the amount mentioned in the contract is PWI1 $69.91 and PWI2 $620.57. That amount differs from that of the depreciation amount of $929.15. The total payment I should receive for the insurance company is $1660.75. I emailed the general manager, **** ****, about this detail, but he did not take into account what is in the contract. He had claimed that there is nothing showing that amount in the contract. I called the insurance adjuster to clarify that for the roofing company. Consequently, he confirmed my verbalization. The only thing he was asking for is to include, in the invoice, the code upgrade amount of $690.48, but American roofing doesn't want to include that amount in the invoice with job completion and submit it to the insurance company. I would like this issue resolved as instantaneous as possible by notifying the insurance company of the code upgrades paid when the incurred amount is $690.48, the depreciation of $925.15, and the of $41.12 is a supplemental item.Business response
