            Roof replace initially went well. Inside work did not go well until a second crew was hired then when Javier took control everything there went well. Then Javier suggested we needed to replace the shop roof. Byrd on the Roof did not ever send the pictures to my insurance adjuster. After 3weeks of being lied to i got my adjuster to send someone out to inspect the roof. I had Byrd on the roof do that roof too with an agreement to paint a peak on the house. I didn’t get that done by Dakota nor after many many attempts to contact him about did he ever respond. He just took the money and ran. I had to pay someone else to do it. I’m out an additional $900 to get it done. It is his lack of his word and his poor management staff that caused my low rating. When I tried to contact to get my $900 back that it cost me I got absolutely no response back from Dakota. My instincts told me to hold $1000 back but I thought I could trust him on a gentleman’s agreement so I didn’t.

            This review in not accurate. We completed all the work via insurance scope. He had some side painting that he wanted us to do that I never agreed to do for the price. I will not accept a 2 star review for a customer that we already did extra work that we did not get paid for to do. My crew leader did not want to complete the painting for no extra money. We also went back and got his insurance company to add his shed on there. I am an insurance restoration contractor. I do work via the insurance scope.
