    I purchased a membership to this companys program 5 for 5 which entitled me to 10 pairs of shoes over 5 years ( a coupon would be issued every 6 months to be used to redeem for a pair of any full-priced item) if I paid $500 plus taxes upfront. I joined in April 2023 and received 2 codes and then never received any further codes or any emails regarding the pause or current situation of the business. I found out via a ****** search on Reddit and am upset to find that they sent out an email (which I never received) about the company putting this program on pause with no offers of refund or codes except a 50% coupon to purchase potential items I already theoretically paid for. I contacted customer service and they offered no recourse other than apologizing that the initial email informing customers of this pause must have been sent to my Spam folder. They said they could not offer a refund and did not offer to give me a code so now Im stuck withnothing. Id like a refund of $430 which is the cost minus the two pairs I was able to receive when the program was still up and running.

    I purchased a 5 for 5 Nisolo membership in June 2022 for $530. I have received a total of four codes. I had to ask where my “automatically emailed code” was in January of 2024, which should have been automatically emailed to me in December 2023. CS Rep told me holiday volume was their focus. I’ve now come to find out that is unlikely the case. It was only at this point a CS rep told me they made a code for me and it was only good for one week?!?! It’s now July 2024, which would be six months from last contact and no code. I did some research and it appears Nisolo has decided to pause their program and not deliver on their promise. At this point, I do not believe they can fulfill their end of the deal and they have walked away with an EXTENSIVE amount of capital from customers, which they are using to float their business. They haven’t even EMAILED ME to tell me of this. How shady is that??? I only found out from ****** when researching. I do not want to wait for my shoes and feel they should refund those individuals who they cannot deliver to. What a shame. Their CEO should be ashamed.
