While visiting the Nashville Opry Mills Mall on vacation I was approached by a Salesman named Tony from the La Beaute store. I let him apply the wrinkle cream eraser to one of my eyes. I then proceeded to walk around the Mall and shop. With what Tony applied to my eye I did feel some firmness and seen some visible differences. On my way back to leave the Mall, Tony then approached me again! After much deliberation at what started out being $400 I purchased the Wrinkle Cream Eraser for $218.50. My husband and I ask a lot of questions and especially about application as this was a lot of money for us to spend. After using the cream per the Salesman instructions for a couple of weeks I have seen NO results. No tightening of skin, no visible differences. I have made several attempts via email to rectify this situation to La Beaute Customer Service with no luck! They keep telling me that I am not applying it correctly, even tho I am per their instructions. I have even offered to return the product and have been told that I would have to take it back to the store, which is in Nashville, and I live in Maryland!! and they didn't offer to pay for shipment for the return. I feel totally taken advantage of! I totally agree with Jenifer G! They do not stand behind their products and will not offer any type of restitution. Please do not be scammed by these people. I will also file a claim with my credit card to dispute the charge. I feel that the product that I was sold was NOT what was used as the demonstration in the Mall on May 16th!!! There should be the option to not give any Stars!!
