My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when Mrs. H***** ***** came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met Mrs. H***** ***** ( ******************* * * **** *** ) personal email them privately. I wish to recommend Mrs. H***** to anyone in recovery of loss. She saves me and I believe She can also save others who have run into loss.Review from Michael A

I was banned for nothing and the site owner, Chris A*******, who would not even tell me why. I have a paid subscription to the website. Perhaps pettiness, being thin-skinned, and being rather power hungry is the reason, but I don't know. At a minimum I want a refund or I will pursue the matter through the BBB and other means. Incredibly disrespectful customer service and frankly, lac of maturity.Review from Kory K

Deceptive auto-renewal practices Company sent me an email in February that did not mention 247 Sports in the subject line reminding me of my subscription auto-renewal approaching in two months (something there is no way to cancel at the time of subscribing) I of course missed this email and on seeing a $110 charge from 247 sports appear on my credit card statement I reached out to cancel and receive a refund. I was told that they have a no refunds policy and received no help. They are clearly attempting to rake in as much money as possible from people who forgot they signed up for their service in the first place and should be avoided at all costs.Review from Jack B

Don't do it. I tried to cancel this membership/subscription through the website and it is impossible. They have you going through prompts of canceling, but nothing happens. It is like a loop. You get sent to the Help page with how to cancel, click here, click there--but nothing happens. I tried calling them but they were closed, of course, it was the weekend. The only action is to email them using THEIR contact form on their website----asking for a cancelation. On Saturday--2/11, I sent that request, it was the day before I was to be billed. About 15 hours later, I received confirmation on Sunday (2/12)---saying my membership was canceled. Funny how they do not have ppl on the weekend to answer the phone, but they did get my request. So, I did get billed, but I expected a refund since I sent my cancellation request before the renewal deadline. No refund. I contacted them on 3/1. I stated I canceled before the billing cycle and still was charged. I asked for the refund. They said they have a no-refund policy. I replied back and told them that clicking to subscribe and calling to cancel is illegal. I provided them with a link to the article. Also, I told them I was going to dispute it with my bank AND report them to the BBB. This review actually started out as a complaint to get my refund, but by the time I finished writing this, they gave me a refund. I still feel it was important to post a review and hopefully spare others from their scam of a business.Review from Chuck M

Run far, run fast! I currently subscribe to 247Sports (owned by **************** which is basically ***). I received notification of automatic renewal in October. The renewal email was dated 8/28. Since that date I have emailed them at the address they give multiple, multiple times with no reply. My original email to them was on 9/3. On the website where it says "cancel subscription" it only takes you to a page saying you must call to cancel. When you call that number (multiple times) you get a recorded message saying that you can accomplish what you need via the above email address. Round and round and round! If you choose to stay on the line you are told that all calls auto terminate in 10 minutes. After many calls I assume that literally ALL calls auto terminate in 10 minutes. My calls have stayed active for as much as 15 minutes but still auto terminate with no answer. My time is important and valuable to me and surely I cannot be expected to continue spending so much time trying to contact 247Sports? I don't know what the renewal cost is because it wasn't addressed in the email and they will not reply to that question either. I see the questions below and will answer with what I see online since I cannot get an answer from 247Sports. I have had issues with this in past years and finally got someone. Crooked is an understatement. Their website had an option to opt out of auto renewal when I signed up. I did so IMMEDIATELY upon signing up. Today, one year later, they charged my card and auto renewed me anyway. No way out but to call. Every other subscription I have, there is an online option to cancel. Not this one! Buyer beware! Do not give them your payment information!!! There is no way to delete your card information from their grasp either. So my only option is to call and cancel my debit card. Save yourself the headache! Do NOT use this service!!!Review from Eric J

One star is the lowest Im capable of leaving them otherwise it would be zero. The blatant bias of this company towards the ******************* and ALL of the recruits that choose ** has been aparent for years. Well, yesterday, after taking a star away from a kid they had rated a 5 star for like two years immediately after he chose ** was the final straw. This company should not be allowed to rank kids off of where they choose to go to school just because they have some sort of grudge against said school. Hopefully everyone unsubscribes from their subpar service.Review from Paul H

They have the worst/ most non existent customer support I've ever seen. I've called 12 times to cancel my subscription the last 24 hours to cancel my subscription and have been disconnected each time. I've never been so frustrated trying to cancel a service in my life.Review from Douglas M

This company is totally about the Southeastern Conference or who they premote. They lie about their Rankings of players. Its a total scam and there site which I thought I was paying monthly took out for the whole year. The journalist's who write for Duck Territory are very unprofessional to say the least. Alls I know is I certainly am tired of paying any fee when I usually get breaking news from free sites before I do on the sire I pay for. Its shameful that these people get away with this at all. They lie about a lot of information which I find not acceptable at all. I want all of my money returned which is 107.00 Dollars. Whenever I've ever tried to just get a hold of anyone they immediately tell you that their people are busy with others while you are on hold. This is said like clockwork your hold time is 8 minutes every time you call and if nobody should talk to you live you will be disconnected after 10 minutes and yes every single time you get disconnected. They lie about everything and I'm the consumer which they seem to forget your paying their paycheck. I would never ever recommit to their site and why would anyone if you found out their dishonesty.
