On October 8, 2023, my vehicle ************ Bolt ** plate BVB 6405) was towed at the request of ***************, and issued parking ticket #******* associated with alleged infraction.That charge was dismissed in Davidson County court on February 12th. The charges for the ticket were removed, but those associated the tow, which was invalid, I was pointed to those I had paid.I reached out to *****, who I had paid a total of ****** to retrieve my car. They agreed to refund the $200- administrative fee that they had charged. However, the fee for the tow (225-) and the 10% fuel surcharge, totaling ******, they said they had already paid to you and I would need to reach out to you directly. I attempted to reach via your website and have received no response, so attempting to resolve via the BBB now.Business response

I am rejecting this response because I just received the email and responded. It offered no resolution, just an offer to call and talk. So this complaint is still active, just ensuring it isn't closed before resolution. I have reached back out now, so the ball is back in their court. Unsure what number they left a message at, but none was received.

My 2013 ********** Beetle was being towed through****** for a flat tire and given the instructions to be taken to ************s on Friday 3/18. My car was never taken to the tire shop and was kept at the lot all weekend because "they didn't have enough drivers" to take it to the shop. On Tuesday 3/22 it still hadn't been taken to the tire shop so I called AB Collier Wrecker and they said the car had been damaged in the lot. So I went down to the lot and found the car to be completely destroyed - TOTALED. This car had a flat tire and now it is totaled, according to the adjuster from****** that came out and looked at it. AB Collier were extremely rude, claimed they didn't see what happened, and refused to give their insurance information so I could make a claim. Now I'm having to go through MY car insurance****** to deal with this negligence that AB Collier does not own up to even though it happened IN THEIR TOW YARD under THEIR WATCH. This was a PERFECTLY good ** Beetle in GREAT condition with ***** miles on it and now it is TOTALED. Not even an apology was made.Business response

Vehicle purchase one week ago no exterior damage.Car was towed from side of road. Company damaged fender, body and side light. Spoke with manager on duty who tried to state they didnt fo damage. Manager refuse to look at video recored prevous day. There was no damage until they towed vehicle We are looking for a refund on tow service and rreimbursement on the damage towing caused to vehicle. Mechanic stated vehicle seemed as if the back of flatbed pulled the front fender off and damaged the bodyBusiness response
