      Purchased the vehicle in October on 2023 and 3 days later had transmission issues they was supposed to fix it but didnt have a fake receipt in it then the starter goes out and Ive been complaining since buying the vehicle and nothing was done after saying the car had a 3month warranty they refuse to give my money back or switch me to a different car after having it 3 days so I was stuck driving a lemon car and when I asked for the actual proof of them paying to have it fixed they said they was gone call or email it to me and never did and I still was having transmission issues and they never cared to actually take it somewhere to be fixed nor did they know the location they dropped it off to get fixed because they gave the wrong info and was to call with the actual place my car got TOOKEN to and I have proof my car was sitting else were

      I apologize for any delay, but this is the first notice we have received. In the future if you can include my email address *********************************** hopefully we won't have the same issue. We do have IT security that is pretty strict and it could have blocked it for some unknown reason. I am not going to get into great detail on this matter but keep it strictly to the relevant issues. First, I have attached all receipts for repairs that have been done to the vehicle. The transmission repair was completed under warranty and ****************** only paid the $200 deductible. The starter receipt is attached and Franklin Motor Company paid for this repair "in good faith" to assist ****************** as the starter did go out only 3 days after purchase. Starters are not something that can be deducted or tested they typically go out without warning. However, even though she signed her AS-IS agreement from Franklin Motors to have any liability as a show of "good faith" we did repair it at no charge to her. 

      After reviewing her file I want to point out several issues we have discovered.:

      1- she purchased her vehicle with 102k miles on it and when it was repossessed it had 117k miles on it. She received 15k miles of service out of the vehicle in less than 8 months. Obviously repairs were completed or this would not have been possible. 

      2- when reviewing her GPS system we had on the vehicle it shows excessive speed of 100mph which means she is driving her car under more intense pressure than the normal consumer. 

      3- when we repossessed the vehicle it had body damage, been keyed all over and had a donut wheel on it- again further proof she is not maintaining her vehicle up to standards. 

      4- when checking the fluids they were all dirty and filters had not been changed

      I am attaching all of the receipts we have, a copy of buyers order showing mileage at time of purchase, the video of her closing documents and pictures of the damages, scratches and current mileage of the vehicle. 

      Franklin Motors will not only refuse to refund anything to ****************** but we will also be pursuing for the damages and the deficiency owed on the vehicle. I would like to thank the BBB in advance for closing this file and posting our thorough response.

      BECAUSE THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED THE *** HAD THE SPARE TIRE BECAUSE I JUST CAUGHT A FLAT THE *** BEFORE THEY CAME AND GOT IT ALSO I JUST PAID 125 FOR AN OIL CHANGE FOR THAT *** SO I ACTUALLY TOOK ***E OF THAT EVEN THO I WAS AT RISK DRIVING IT EVERY*** ALSO YOU CANT SAY I WAS GOING 100 IN THAT *** BECAUSE I WASNT WHEN I DONT EVEN DRIVE THAT FAST THAT *** HAS BEEN MESSED UP SINCE I PURCHASED IT WHICH *******, **** ,***** ,AND ******* ALL KNEW THAT BECAUSE I ASKED ******* TO EITHER GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR SWITCH ME TO A DIFFERENT *** AFTER HAVING IT 3***S AND SHE TOLD ME NO SHE COULDNT WHEN I KNOW FOR FACT SHE COULD SHE JUST REFUSED TO DO IT BECAUSE EVERY *** LOT HAS TO DO IT WITHING THE **** FRAME LET ALONG I ASKED WERE MY *** WAS TOOKEN TO GET FIXED AND I NEVER GOT THE RIGHT INFO I WAS TOLD BY ***** THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME WITH THE CORRECT PLACE AND NEVER DID SO WHEN I BRUNG THE SITUATION BACK UP ABOUT THE *** HAVING TRANSMISSIONS STILL NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY DONE ABOUT IT ALSO WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT FIND THE PAPERWORK ON WHO THEY TOOK IT TO BECAUSE WHEN I SAID I HAD MY OWN TRACKER ON THE *** AND WERE I KNOW WERE IT WAS SITTING AT WHICH WAS AT A PLACE THAT FIXES AIR CONDITIONER FOR HOUSES AND WAS TOLD THATS WERE THEY TAKE THEY ***S TO GET FIXED BECAUSE THATS A LIE ALSO MY *** WAS SEEN BEING DROVE IN ******** AREA . SO NO I DIDNT MISS USED THAT *** AND THE *** SCRATCHES ON THE **** CAME FROM SOMEONE WHO GOT PAID TO GET MY *** ***ED AND I ALSO HAVE A WITNESS AS WELL HIS NAME IS *************************** HE HAS A *** FROM THEM AS WELL AND BOTH OUR ***S GOT ***S IN THE SAME SPOT .LET ALONG I KNOW MY *** WAS BEING DRIVEN BECAUSE I GAVE THEM MY *** ON A FULL TANK OF GAS N GOT IT BACK ON HALF TANK STILL TIL THIS *** I NEVER GOT THE RIGHT INFO ON WERE THE *** GOT TOOKEN TO SUPPOSEDLY GOT FIXED LET ALONG IF A BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION WAS PUT IT STILL WOULDNT STILL HAVE ISSUES MEANING THEY DID NOTHING BUT RESET THE **** ON THE ***
