      I returned the car in less than 24 hours, and the dealership refused to refund the down payment. The dealership refused to provide a copy of the paperwork when I left the dealership. They did not provide the paperwork until the next day after I told them that I was returning the car. I have a video that shows this transaction. The dealership demanded the keys to the car, kept the car, and refused to return my downpayment. They insisted that I speak to their lawyer, who also refused tor return the down payment

      Truck broke down . They said I have a 2 year warranty on this . And I brought my truck from another shop to then to show then what's wrong with the truck they said thru warranty we can fix it. Well it's been over a month and my truck is still not fixed . I've been told many lies and I'm thru the roof with the lies and none truth. I'm a **** veteran! I've did * tours and getting deployed again on Thursday and my truck still not done. . Im on time with car note and insurance . It's just the front end of the truck no engine problems at all.. I need help ASAP

WE HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH HIM ON THE MATTER AND WE HAVE INFORMED HIM ABOUT IT AND WE WE HAVE TOLD HIM HE CAN TAKE THE TRUCK TO ANOTHER SHOP TO BE FIXED, SINCE THE PART HAS BEEN TAKING TOO LONG. SINCE HE HAS A WARRANTY THE WARRANTY **** COVER THE REPAIRS AT ANY SHOP HE DESIRES AND WE INFORMED HIM OF THAT AS WELL . AS AN **** VETERAN WE APPREICTAE HIS BUSINESS WITH US BUT MY EMPLOYEES DO NOT APPREICATE HIM CALLING SCEAMING,CURSING THEM AND USUING THREATNING WORDS. AS A MEMBER OF SERVING OUR COUNTRY A MORE RESPECTFUL INITAIVE SHOULD BE USED WHEN TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEES IN MY BUSINESS. If that was the case I would had stayed at the shop it came from at first before being towed to the car lot. I had got a invoice quote of what was wrong with the truck and presented to **** and he gave me the run around for a while month before being told he not gonna fix it . NOW IN IN HIS RESPONSE HE STATING HE DIDNT KNOW AND WE ONLY GAVE HIM A QUOTE. MR ADAM CAN TAKE HIS CAR TO ANY SHOP THAT ACCEPTS WARRANTY AND THE SHOP **** AUTOMATICALLY CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY. WE HAVE INFORMED MR ADAM TO COME AND GET HIS VEHICLE SO HE CAN GET IT FIXED SINCE HE NEEDS THE REPAIRS TO BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE USING THE WARRANTY. SO WE ARE JUST ASKING THE CUSTOMER TO COME AND GET HIS CAR AND GET IT FIXED SOMEWHERE WHERE HIS CAR **** BE DONE QUICKER.

      1/22/22 I co-signed for my brothers ca through them. We went in to try and get it switched over to my brother spelt after having the car for 2 years. Mr. **** ran my credit without informing me, I wasn't made aware of what he was doing while I waited for more information. He lied once I confronted him and said it was a soft inquiry when in fact it was a hard and has hit my credit. After confronting him he promised to take the credit check off of my record and still has yet to do it. The dealership also tried to persuade me to buy the car for my brother and then they'd put it under his name.

      Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/03/31) */ the customer and her brother was setting at my desk. they were looking to trade there current vehicle. they both gave us the ok to run they're credit. I would not be able to run the credit if they didn't give me they're information.
