Culligan water installed a water softener in our home in October 2022. We paid them $ ****** for a brand new water softener. It worked off and on. within one week of installation, We called them several times for a repair of a brand-new product. They have come out to the house up to 3 or 4times to repair and adjust the products. At every visit, they will say something is wrong and they will promise with this new repair it will be OK BUT that is not the case. It will work for a few days and not be functional again. We are frustrated because a brand-new product should not be this faulty. We don't trust this product they installed due to it not working the way it should. I want them to come to get their water softener and refund our money. Thank you!Business response

I have spoken with this customer just in the past few days as well as this morning. He will be scheduled for his equipment to be uninstalled and picked up. A refund for the equipment will be submitted after we pick everything up.Initial Complaint

Last year in early **********, I enrolled in Culligan's bottled water club after talking w/ a nice woman, ********, about the best program for my water needs. Everything was running smoothly and I inquired about something earlier this year, in 2022, and spoke with a very rude woman who gave me more of a run-around than answers. Last month, out of the blue, I was billed over ***** for the month and inquired; there again I received a rude response to my inquiry and more questions than answers about the large amount billed and the water club that I had originally signed up for. I have called Colligan HQ three times and last week a nice man called me from Culligan Nashville (he told me he was in a training class for the day) and I was involved in a workplace meeting; he said he would call back around noon, but I never received a call. I called yesterday and was greeted by an out of control man on the phone stating that I discontinued my service and he started repeatedly yelling for me to "shut up", telling me they didn't want the empty bottles or cooler back. He was out of control and sounded crazy. I am here to distinguish two things: 1) I want you to come get your empty bottles and cooler ASAP (you will be recorded via Ring ensuring everything goes smoothly with the pickup) and 2) if you try to bill my bank card again I will say it is fraud with my bank and those charges will declined. This hostile situation is more than you want to deal with and that man in the office is off his rocker and detriment to the business.Business response
