FOUND THE BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING AFTER
TRACING WIRES FOUND IT HAD A LOOSE WIRE IN THE
BREAK OUT BOX, SO WE REPAIRED AND NOW THE
BRAKE LIGHTS ARE WORKING.

As I explained to you , the manufacturer of your trailer were the ones that contacted us for the repair and we were billing them directly.
After we fixed the axles, your brake lights were not working . The above scope of work details the issues that were on it. When we billed the manufacturer they said that problem was not covered. So I gave you a discounted rate and did not charge but two hrs plus tax.
I also reached back out to the manufacturer to request they cover the bill for you but they declined. No, we did not get authorization from you because the dealer is the one that contacted us for repair, not you.
I was polite to you but you were rude and cursing. Threatened you were leaving with the trailer and not paying the balance. I informed you that you could not take the trailer until the bill was paid. After you paid your bill your cussed one of my mechanics and then left.
we did not treat you with that disrespect. I told you that you could take a copy of your invoice to the dealer and maybe they could help you seen as it is a fairly new trailer.
