They are a rip off. They charged me and my wife work that we did not fully receive. Also I had to get teeth pulled at another dentist because of them. Now they want to sue me because I am fighting with them over money they owe us! This place is nothing but a scam. They have also been reported to the state. I will never again use nor will I recommend aspen dental ever again.

I went few years ago had teeth pulled and got temporary upper dentures and was told after my gums healed I would get my permanent I went back few times for them to adjust them and I never received my permanent dentures when I ask about them they said I already had them but that's not true because it's the exact teeth I started out with so they started breaking and I paid ** dollars several times to have them fixed last time I went to have them fixed they didn't charge me I was like ok then I started looking at them and they was still cracked you couldn't feel Crack but could still see it very well so I ended up going elsewhere and got new ones made and paid all cash for them cause of no insurance now that I had when I went to aspen and still paid 7 something cash with insurance and when I was getting them fixed the first time they was like they are just the basic so it's just 49 dollars but I'm almost positive when I got them I went step above basic..

Aspen Dental is not trustworthy. In June 2022 I went in for a tooth that was bothering me, they did xrays and claimed they saw nothing that needed attending to at the time, actually their words were that "we'll watch it" although you can see a lesion on that tooth in the xrays. And instead of dealing with the problem I came in for ( most likely because it would be a lower amount they could charge then the very expensive cleaning they pressured me into). I continued to have discomfort with the tooth but since they didn't seem to be concerned about it I just assumed it was a sensitive tooth and not a big issue. Imagine my surprise when I went back a year later because of worsening pain in the tooth and I was now told I had to have a root canal and a crown at a cost of 2900.00. When i asked if this should have been dealt with a year ago by them, their dentist told me YES !! But they refuse to take any responsibility for their oversight/malpractice and said that I should have come back in for another cleaning 3 months after the first one. However I was NOT told that at the time or contacted later by them in any way, even though I have the same phone number and email now that I did then. When asked them why they didn't fix the problem the first time I was told " well the xray shows dark spots on all your teeth...." That is absolutely false. I went to a different dentist who stated that Aspen should have absolutely taken care of the issue in 2022 especially since I went specifically to Aspen because of pain in that tooth. He also told me " you do NOT have dark spots on all your teeth and it was very obvious that this tooth had a small cavity then which if it had been treated properly by Aspen would not require me to have a root canal and crown now. They also claim that they can't give me all my 2022 records or the name of the dentist that saw me in 2022 due to a "data breach" in their system. Horrible dishonest service. I will be pursuing all legal options against them.

Told them on Facebook many times about this issue called main office still nothing i paid all tht money for crooked teeth bad thing i asked for a refund twice in the same day same visit my dad was dieing i had to go to get him from hospital told them o had to go they gave me a paper for my bottom teeth and i told them i would have to wait till jan to get those the paper they gsve me was a estament for bottom teeth plus fix of my upper so they are saying i have to wait to get my top fixed when i go in for my bottom teeth tht was a wait of 6 months even the tech help said they was not straight then the tech guy who made them said he guessed at it really thts how it goes take my money i get crooked teeth worse than my real ones cant hardly eat now thanks aspen dental for the let down.

The dentist was so kind the staff was so kind and helpful! I really enjoyed going to this particular dentist Unfortunately the visit lacked communication between each department. The confusion and frustrated the staff so much that they dropped me as a patient !!! I was very kind on my part as they had a dentist out and I had to see a sub dentist and that when everything got complicated and I was diligent by calling to resolve they dropped me so sad

I sent to Aspen dental in Oct of 19. They had written out a sheet with prices and what the procedures I needed would cost me out of pocket. I had services done (the dentist was rough, casued me pain for months, was rude to his assistant), and then month after month after month I received bills from Aspen. If I didn't pay them they threatened to send me to collections. After receviing random bills for OVER A YEAR, I finally called and said enough- you bill me again and I'll sue you. They then informed me that the issue was the dentist was OUT OF NETWORK! Had they informed me of such I WOULDN'T HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES. Also, the tech who cleaned my teeth told me to "brush extra well behind my back lower teeth" ( I have a permenant retainer from braces). Turns out that my gums are receeding and brushing extra vigorously back there would have made the problem much much worse. Aspen Dental does not care about their patients, they care about money. They care about making more problems for their patients so they can then get even more money. I was upsold on some crappy toothpaste when i was there as well. I wouldn't recommend Aspen to my worst enemy.

Beware of False advertisement!!! Aspen Dental advertises that they offer emergency dental services and same day extractions. That is a LIE! I went in this morning with a toothace that I have had for over a week and just wanted the tooth pulled. I waited for 2 hours and the only thing the dentist did for me was try to get me to buy DENTURES! All I wanted was some relief from the pain and the tooth pulled, they didn't even try to help me just wanted to sell me dentures! They said they would schedule an appointment the following week to have the tooth extracted. Had I known they didn't actually provide emergency dental care or same day extractions I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. I will NEVER go back to Aspen Dental and they should be sued for false advertising!
