On 8/15/2022 I went in the the establishment with my blower motor from my hvac unit and asked if they had a replacement motor and gave him my motor. He said he did not have the exact motor but did have a motor that would be compatible. He assured me it would fit if I bout a new mount which I did. When I got home the wiring was not compatible with my unit! I called back and was told they do not currently do refunds. This part has never been used and cost me 173.68 and I can not use it. So now I have no air in 90 degree weather and will have to get another motor. The receipt does say no returns but I was not informed until after the purchase.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/09/01) */ Spoke to customer on phone & informed him that we do not do refunds but he could bring the item back for the owner to check if it had been installed. Customer did not want to go that route he only wanted money back with no questions asked. If the item has been installed or used then we can not resale a used item. Paperwork also states that we do not accept returns, but we were willing to due to the price if he has only brought the item back for inspection. Customer was told that the owner was the only one that can approve refunds. If the customer brings the item back in the original packaging with the original receipt and the item has not been used or installed then a refund minus the 15% restocking fee will be refunded. Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/09/10) */ After threat of a lawsuit, they have refunded my money. They were very rude and was verbally abusive in every interaction that we had with them. I will never do business with them again.
