Central Electric was assigned to me by American Home Shield to repair two fans in my home in November 2023. The technician came and stated that he needed to order a part for the first fan and could not assess the issue with the second fan since it was not displaying an issue that day. He advised me to take a video. After Thanksgiving, I called the company back due to them not reaching out for a follow up appointment. After 3 voicemails and an email from AHS, they scheduled a new appointment. This time, he diagnosed the problem for the second fan, said he needed to order a part, and left. He shrugged me off when I asked about the first fan and said he would fix both at once. Several weeks passed again without word. Then, in January I was told that they closed my ticket in December and told AHS that nothing was wrong with my fans. Even more alarming, there are multiple reviews on ****** and Yelp saying the same thing; I did not find any positive reviews for this company. Central Electric is a scam and people need to be forewarned. AHS should drop their contract. I need my payment back so that someone else can come and complete the needed repairs.
