7-3-22, 6pm, Fresh N Low, 116 Whitewater Dr, Ocoee, TN 37361 Fresh N Low has continously misrepresented their price of items on the shelf! I am a local that uses Fresh N Low for my shopping needs. Due to the Bait and Switch at the register, each time I shop there I continually feel as though I am nickled and dimed. I take pictures of the prices of items to purchase with my phone and go over the list before payment. I show the cashier the pics of the price on the shelf to show I'm charged more/higher price than the price tag, never less! The cashier snubbed my 1st request to change the price of 2 small bunt cakes, but after I showed him the photo of the tagged price, he voided the cakes and corrected them because I picked the cakes up behind his register, so he confirmed those. Then I showed him a picture of clear box of Spring Salad mix Priced at $2.69, he charged me $5.89. I asked him to void it and charge me the correct price. He removes the $5.89 charge and adds the $2.69, suddenly he stops and walks back to the Salad isle, comes back and says "Nice Try" and recharged me $5.89. I ask to see a manager and she came over and said "If you don't like it here, you don't have to shop here" I told her I was not in the wrong and showed her the photo of the correct price! Both employees, were rude and disrespectful to me! I am outraged by their fraudulant pratices! This has happened multiple times and they need to be held accountable!
