      On Jan 25, 2022, I paid $350 to Maggies Doodles (aka Maggies Dynamic Doodles and Maggies Doodle Puppies) via their website www.maggiesdoodlepuppies.com. The deposit was towards reserving a pup from the litter of my choice. Per the breeder's website and agreement, each pup is examined by a licensed vet and is properly vaccinated/dewormed before shipping. Soon after I made my deposit, the breeder contacted me asking to pay the remaining fee of $1300. I requested the breeder for a copy of the vet record certifying the pup was healthy before making a full payment. The breeder then revealed that the pup had not yet been examined by a vet. I contacted other buyers who had received a pup from the same litter, none of the other buyers were informed about the absence of vet examination. The breeder had been shipping pups without a vet examination contrary to their commitment. One of the buyers who got their pup vet examined after receipt, informed me that the pups had been vaccinated too frequently. In the meantime, the breeder continued to pressure me to pay the full amount or lose the pup. Eventually, the breeder told me that the pup I had chosen was sold locally. All the events transpired in about two weeks from the time of deposit and the delay was mostly because of the breeder's non-performance. The breeder won't refund despite their incompetencies and failures. They also deleted the agreement they had shared with me on ****************** destroying the evidence. This clearly shows the breeder's intent to deceit. This breeder has poor business ethics; they did not honor the deposit, falsely advertised that the pups were vet examined and properly vaccinated, were dishonest to other buyers by sending home unexamined pups, and pressured me to pay the remaining amount while falling short on several promised deliverables. They are also probably breaking a few animal laws (vaccinating the pups themselves, overbreeding parents, etc.).

I said would be ok. Requested payment so I could book shipping and then she would just move on to something else. Next was the Vet and I explained we to had issue with finding a Vet with Covid and moving and then she was concerned about that. So I said no problem will just have to wait. I called all Vets got an appt for the 11th at ************* Vet in Savannah 2 weeks out was the soonest I could beg for. I told her I would not hold the puppy another two weeks without payment as it was past due, older puppies are harder to sell and it was not fair to little guy to wait longer and still unsure if she was going to make her payments. She refused so I encouraged her to switch her deposit to a new litter she could make the payments on time on. Also smaller sized puppies and the timing could be different. I tried to get her to make her payments as they were due so we can make delivery arrangements, we have a time schedule when payments need to be met so we can arrange flights. We charge $400 to deliver and that has to include the cost of puppy to board the plane over $100 and then my flight nanny round trip flight. we need the payments made on schedule so we can get reasonably priced flights for delivery. Bhavanna would not make her payments. I suggested she move to different litter with different timing so she could make the payment schedule.. She agreed...and then after the fact didnt. Everywhere on our site says nonrefundable payment is paying for our time to do video calls and answer questions. She also signed our questionnaire which states all disputes to be handled in Court Canyon County, State of Idaho Ive included her questionnaire in full and the part that makes the statement along with her signature.
