Multiple items prices are marked lower than actual checkout price. Multiple Food city locations. This has been happening for at least a year. This isn't negligence because it's always in the store's favor. Example: Fairlife milk marked $4.50 on shelf get home receipt says $5.00. Things like this keep happening at every Food City I shop at with multiple items. Always a higher than listed price. Additionally, many times items marked clearance or sale do not ring up at the discount price. This has also happened multiple times.

We have talked to the customer and we will double check our pricing with additional store and section audits to ensure our pricing is 100%.

Oct 20, 2022 i purchased milk from food city, there is a seal underneath the cap also. These seals are faulty. They should not leak even with the cap off. Approx July of 2022 I purchased milk from the same food city arrived home to find it leaked in my floor board, took it back and exchanged but grabbed one or two new ones held upside down they leaked on the floor. I started checking ever since then. Oct 20 2022 I held a gallon upside down assumed it was fine but it leaked in my seat on the way home, took it back and went to replace it but this time I took the cap off on a new one to check the seal and it leaked so I was so mad I left didn’t even get my money back. I have filed complaints and claims but they denied it stating video only shows taking a cap off. Again there is a seal which should not be leaking underneath! And they never once wanted to look at my side of it. All I want is an apology and my seat cleaned.
