Picked up a food order on October 14, 2021 and put it on my visa card. Later I noticed while I was waiting for my food order a charge on my receipt of 4% titled "checkout fee" I have being doing business with this restaurant for many years and have never seen this charge on my order. I asked the employees at the desk and they said they were on a new system that charges 4% if you use a credit card? I realize this was on .78 cents but I was not informed prior to using my card of this 4% charge. I called and left a message for the owner Rafael A******* to call me but she never did. In this day I would say 95% of people use their credit card.
