            I placed an online order for a shirt/sweater on June 7 and paid *****. Despite contacting the business on July 2, July 6, and July 7, I haven't received an update on the order status nor a response.

            I ordered a shirt from this company and never received it. I then emailed them to let them know I had not received it. Didn't hear back after a few days so I did a reverse charge on my credit card. The next day or 2 days later I get an email back saying he is sending me my shirt . I then get an email attacking me for doing a reverse charge saying I'm trying to steal from his business. He could have easily just asked me about it and would have paid it. He forgets to send my product after a whole month and gets angry when I try to get my money back. Don't do business with this irresponsible jerk.

            This customer is committing a fraud. After I responded with an email to him stating that I'm waiting for the inventory to arrive this week. Also stated in the Shipping Policy - at the very top of the link of the page that my printing equipment had unexpectedly malfunctioned which was the main reason for the recent delays. He did not read or email me prior to confirm. He made a chargeback as soon as I responded this his only email, hoping to get the shirt for free. I have proof that the shirt will be printed and shipped out. He will be reported to his bank for this fraudulent activity. It's a shame he is trying to steal from a small US family-owned business!
