On 08/02/2021, I purchase the side utility X from Weather King Portable Building and paid $7517.19 for it. It delivered to my property on 10/13/2021. The building was damaged in the process of transfer from the truck to my property. The driver (John) was ensuring me that the damaged will be repair in one-to-two-week time. I also took the picture and send it to ***** ***** at Weather King of Tucson, to Whom I Purchase the Shed from. She also ensures me that Weather King will fix the damage. She also has me contact a man name ***** at XXX-XXX-XXXX, ***** also told me that I will be contact from carpenter soon to do the repair on the damaged. It been over 7 weeks now, I still have not heard from any carpenter. I has been in contact with ***** ***** several time she told me that she has been contact with ***** and was told "the work is in progress". I am not sure what that mean, since no one has contact me on getting the shed repair and the shed is inside the lock wall. This morning ***** ***** told me she has resigned from her position as Weather King representative and unable to assisting me further. I has been left message for ***** to call me via voice mail one time couple week ago and yesterday and again today and message left with person that answer the phone. There is no return call from him. I am asking your help to get this issue resolve. I need to get the shed fix before I am traveling out of the Country. I purchase the shed for purpose of storing my outdoor furniture while going oversee to visit my mother. I don't has much time left, I planed to leave in the first part of January 2022. I didn't know it would take this long for them to come to do the repair. Please help me found the solution. Sincerely ******** *****Business response

There were several things that played into Ms. *****'s complaint and sadly some this can be on our end. From sick repairmen to non-correspondence on our end and some unforeseen issues as well. I have apologized for this and have been in touch with the customer twice today by telephone. Our conversations were non confrontational and by listening to the customer with complete respect and understanding we have come up with a solution that is agreeable by both parties. I have a general contractor going to her residence on Saturday December 18th that she agreed on to complete the repair in full to her complete and total satisfaction. I believe that the complaint will be resolved and the customer will be happy and have a regained faith in Weather King Portable Buildings. I will email back on Monday December 20th to confirm that the repair was made and the customer is completely satisfied which is what we strive for in operating a successful small business.
