This place was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, open design. Front porch was great for morning coffee. Location was a great setting in-between Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Cades Cove/Townsend. Would go back in a heartbeat! Customer service was more than we could hope for. Great staff to deal with.Review from Kristen H

The cabin was beautiful and the view amazing! The customer service was very helpful and quick to fix the internet on the tv. It’s out of town but still close that you can take a short drive to do all the activities. The pool was perfect for our boys and a nice break when we just wanted to hang out. More than enough space and and very cozy cabin.Review from Wendy/Ron V

I arrived and immediately noticed the pictures were grossly misleading. The creek, supposedly a key feature, is completely obscured by brush and kudzu. The cabin has no blinds or curtains, allowing glaring light to pour in at all hours. To make matters worse, I encountered a very large spider crawling in the bathroom, alarmingly close to the bed area. The provided bedding was woefully inadequate for keeping warm throughout the night. There were no extras offered or provided anywhere in the cabin. The office staff was unbelievably belittling, rude, unaccommodating, unhelpful, and downright degrading. They refused to move me to another cabin or refund any of my money. This place is a complete scam and an utter disappointment.Review from Sheila N

Nice, clean cabin away from everything. Very peaceful if you want to just get away for a few days. We had no problems with the cabin. What everyone needs when they just want to relax for a day or two.Review from Sheri D

In general sense everything was good, just pointing out that the bedding was dirty, there was dog hair all over the bed, they didn't provide soap for bathing or shampoo or conditioner, the soap for the dishwasher only had 2 for like 2 days and I I was 4, the grill did not have gas and the jacuzzi was not clean, the water was cloudy with a fishy smell. Everything else is good, it is a nice place to spend the holidays.Review from Emerald G

We had to cancel our reservation due to a medical emegency that occurred 48 hours before check-in. We called immediately (from the emergency room). This company and the cabin owner refused to relist the cabin to see if it could be rented by someone else during our rental period. I asked about receiving credit to rebook the trip but was told no. The rental company kept saying that we might still use the cabin even though I explained that the emergency and injury prevented any travel. Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility and productive discussion about the cancelation. All of the other companies in the area issued full refunds for our pre-booked activities along with some compassion for the situation. And the hotels we reserved as part of the road trip were easy to cancel. We will not rebook this trip due to the loss. Usually we rent vacation homes through Airbnb and VRBO and they have better policies in place to deal with this type of situation.Review from David and Vicki s

The Majestic needs LOTS of maintenance. Please check out the upstairs balcony as it is not safe for anyone to be on. There is construction tape around front steps, weeds growing in bushes, small trees growing in rain gutters. just needs general upkeep. Was not as nice as I expected it to be. The layout of the house is nice and the rooms are large and spacious. We did have a lot of room.Review from Joedy C

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My family was looking forward to staying with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals for the first time. Then the late night/early morning before our day of arrival we had a tragic death in our family. I had purchased the insurance deposit, but they told us even though we paid for the insurance there was nothing that they could do. So over ***** down the drain and no type of assistance at all.
