Would not recommend. We had a trip scheduled there this year at the end of June and had to cancel. I contacted the office number and received a email confirmation. Attendant said it could take 14 days to see the credit on our card. After a month I contacted them multiple times again via email and phone. The Attendant said they had no way to call the owner just emails. So I reached out to corporate and they've tried contacting them with no reply. So I'm now left with trying to have our credit card company to get our $500+ dollars back. Looking at other recent reviews there's been several others basically scammed

Health concerns about unsanitary living/sleeping quarters.
Upon arrival we were assigned cabin 17. The AC unit was completely froze up. The front office moved us to cabin 15. I notified the office that there was blood stains on pillow and pillow case, dirty bedsheets, towel bar on floor, shower head had to be cleaned to use shower, dirt on door facing, dirty floors, and dirty baseboards. Notification was given on Monday morning due to office being closed and our local scheduled events. Staff in office was friendly and tried to contact the main office. No manager was on site our entire stay. Because of the issues listed above, we were moved to cabin 18. On Tuesday my fiancé became ill with vomiting and diarrhea. We wrote this off to eating out. On Thursday my two year old son started vomiting. He soiled the sheets and we contacted the office for clean sheets. We had to wait over 3 hours because all sheets were in the laundry. Again I asked the office staff if the main office was going to address our issues. We were requesting a discounted rate for all the issues we had to face. The office staff stated they could credit us 10% on camp purchases then a couple days later stated that could not be done. We waited a total of 48hrs without any response and was told to refer to the paperwork that was provided to us. Unfortunately the issue was never resolved by the front office. Lastly, late Thursday night a large group of people arrived at the cabins near us. They had reserved at least two units. The large cabin 1 located directly behind our cabin was one of the units they rented. The group was packing their vehicles at approximately 1030pm due to the cabins having bedbugs per a discussion i had with one of the individuals.
The intent of this complaint is to make your office aware of these horrible conditions and hopefully get some sort of compensation for all our issues. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
My family and I have a limited income and were not able to move to another facility due to finances. We would have come home earlier but we had paid in advance for out Lumber Jack Show and Dollywood entrance and didn't want to be out that money also. I understand that this is no concern of the campground but hopefully explains why we tried to endure these conditions and work things out directly with the site.
