Date: Tuesday July 16, 2024 to Friday July 19, 2024. Cost of trip: ******* The host of the property only wanted to refund me the cleaning fee and hot tub fee. When I said I was not happy with the resolution she said there was nothing else she could do and refunded it anyway. I spent the first two days of my vacation trying to get something done about this and no one wanted to help me. The furniture was broke in the cabin. The toilet had feces all over it. Dust everywhere in the cabin. The floor vents and air vents were covered in dust. The return vent air filter was covered In dust and looked as if it had not been changed in a long time. Animals dropping on the back deck. Hair was all over both beds in the sheets and on comforter. I asked to switch cabins and they absolutely would not let me. This ruined our vacation and no one wants to help me. I have contacted VRBO and Vacasa the booking agent and host without any help from them. I am highly upset on how we were treated by the Vacasa Property Manager and VRBO customer service saying they could not do anything else to help me. I just want this to be fair and it’s not. Someone told me to contact the BBB over it. Thank you for your time.
