      Our wedding Friday the 12th was not even on the schedule. We were not happy with any part of what happened that night. We felt rushed and overlooked. So I filed a bad review and a dispute through paypal since I was told 5 separate times by the company everything was good and the whole experience would be 30 minutes. Needless to say they did not have us listed. Then tried to say they were never paid. Fast forward to Wednesday the 17th and I call Smokey Mountain Wedding. I was told to wait 2 more hours. I was told on Wednesday they would refund me all of what I paid. Now we come to today and I receive this. We were treated like we didn't matter. This is a complete disgrace. No one should ever feel unimportant on their wedding day. I was live on tiktok and have proof of the preacher leaving but was told by Smokey Mountain Wedding the preacher was late. I have recorded proof we weren't even scheduled for a wedding. This place needs to be shut down.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/01) */ There was an initial issue with the clients payment. It was sent to an old email address, via Paypal. That has now been corrected. We arrived at the wedding location and the minister asked the couple who was marrying them. They answered they didn't know. The minister went on to another couple who said SmokeyMountainWedding was marrying them. The minister married them. The ceremony started approx 20 min late (the minister started the previous ceremony early). The clients who reported this claim were then married. The ceremony takes approx 15 min. and then they receive a carriage ride and photos. They actually received Over 40 photo's, and they were only supposed to receive 20. They received everything in full, and more. I actually gave them a half refund of $150, because they complained. They should not have even received that! They were married, received everything they paid for, and more- The ceremony started just 20 minutes late. We went out of our way to make them happy. I have proof of their wedding, the carriage ride, and partial refund. I could not figure out how to upload the photos. Please contact me if you need this information. As of today paypal ruled in my favor because of my live video from tiktok. I just want everyone to know how they treat people. The preacher never spoke to me upon arrival. He did speak to my husband. My husband is older and did not know the details. I had handled everything. My husband did give the preacher our names and the preacher said nope don't have you. They did not give me anything back paypal did and paypal would not have given me the full amount if Smokey Mountain Wedding had sent anything. They degraded my husband when he tried to message them. Everything they sent before the wedding was not what how my ceremony went. They say my ceremony started 20 minutes late. I have a live almost 54 minute video showing the preacher leave the venue then have to be called to turn around and come back then can be seen pulling back on the lot. They say we were happy when we left and that part is true we were happy to finally be married but not with how we were treated. I had 13 people there that heard every word. I had to show paypal records then was told later on that night that I didn't pay. The lack of communication on their behave is sickening. When you operate a business it should be respectful and they should make sure people are happy. The preacher kept making jokes and they say it was to lighten the mood. He didn't know us and the whole ceremony was less than 7 minutes. I have my wedding video as proof along with the full proof. When they say the whole thing should be 25 to 30 minutes then it should be just that and not less than 12 minutes. Since I received my payment back from PayPal and not them at this point I want a bad rating for them. The whole experience and conversations afterwards have been disrespectful and they should not be allowed to treat people the way they do
