Called the business on July 9 to discuss a small 15 minute elopement on their website it said they required a 30% deposit down but when I contacted the business they told me I had to pay it all upfront at that point I ended up paying them $165 a week past and I called them back and add it on 10 pictures which was 66.00 more I then tried to contact the wedding bell chapel on Monday, September 4 to let them know that things have changed, and that I would not be doing the elopement due to life decisions. I could not reach anybody at that point I reach back out to them again on September 14th it was through text advice them that I needed to cancel. They said tit was through text advise them that I needed to cancel. They said that they were noted on my account and then ask when they would be refunding my money since there was no services rendered the guy from the chapel, then sent a text saying that there would be no refund and then explain that since I did not receive any services and I didn’t sign any type of contract with them that I would like to have my money refunded the gentleman from the wedding bell chapel, then called my phone and began to make threats to me, telling me not to contact them again it would be in my best interest, etc.. I did call my bank and ask them to open a dispute for the amount and I let the wedding bell chapel know that I would not recommend them to anybody and I couldn’t even think that anyone would want to use someone that calls, and . makes threats over money that they were not entitled to because they did no services.Customer response

I only received another phone call from Dale Workman the owner saying he was not going to refund us and that he doesn’t care who I contact he will not do anything for us!

09-22-21 We went to this Chapel on July 02, 2021 and had our 10 year Vows Renewed - we were suppose to get; Ceremony ,1 picture with a Renewal Certificate and a Just Married sign all for $115 plus tax - we got Ceremony, picture took 7 weeks (after I contacted them and ask for it - was sent to email box).... Finally got the Renewal Certificate today - 09-22-21 (started asking for it on 08-12-21 as it had been paid for on 07-02-21), it was on cardboard that was bent/creased and some of the wording unreadable as letters were missing... Never did get our "Just Married Sign".. I went there because of reviews - I'm very disappointed and feel like I wasted $115.00, certainly didn't get what was promised on their wedsite! Wish we would have picked another Chapel. . Please have them return our money...
