I have nothing good to say about the bathroom remodeling job from this company. At times they were rude, argumentative and complained on doing task requested to my standard. At times didn't take responsibility for problems that occurred , at times put the blame on the customer. It took them way to long to get the job completed, almost one year for two bathroom remodel job. More times then I can count they didn't show up when they said they would. They fixed most of the mistakes they made along the project, and there were plenty of mistakes. I believed they were subject matter experts by the A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, now I distrust this organizations evaluation process. The work is completed and I am seeing there work to be sub standard. I could call them back for warranty repairs but really don't want them on my property again. Buyer beware!! Gave them one star in order to get this posted, they in my opinion don't deserve any stars, zero.

Goodness, we have been members of the BBB since we opened our business almost 20 years ago. We refer customers to the BBB for all projects that are not a good fit for us. They are a reliable source for finding trustworthy businesses. As far as the ******* projects go, the timing was rough. No one saw the Global Covid Pandemic of 2020 coming. We had crew members, essential workers, missing work because they were exposed (CDC requirements) prior to the vaccines becoming available. Then there were the ridiculous supply chain delays for materials, the clients asking us not to show up a variety a times, the client changing material options nine times ... again during supply chain issues. There is no doubt that this project took MUCH longer than expected but the workmanship is amazing and the bathrooms both turned out spectacularly. We are proud of the job we did. This job was finished and the file closed in January 2021. We have not heard a peep from the clients until they filed this complaint against us in late November. If they have a legitimate problem with any portion of the finished project we would be happy to address them. We are not perfect, we understand that in life you cannot please everyone. We do appreciate all of the customers who have trusted us through the years. Sometimes things pop up after we have completed their project and a customer will call the office to alert us. They are put at the top of the workflow and the issue is addressed quickly. We are sorry that this client is unhappy and we would appreciate the opportunity to address the problem(s) he is referring to.

I did call once to get the bottom of the shower door replaced. The company representative told me to contact the subcontractor that had handled that item. He was out of state. I repaired the item myself. The toilet started leaking around the base. After the first problem being told to contact the sub they hired I called a plumber and paid out of pocket for the repair. The floor is still making sounds when stepped on. Funny that they never called back to check on the work .
