Company has sent poor quality items that look nothing like the photos they post on their website. They have put their boutique name on a dress that clearly came from Shein for $13 and charged $45 for it. The shein tag is still on the dress. Company has sent product without the option to return for a full refund. I have already sent product back and only received store credit and thus received the shein dress.. called, emailed, messaged on Instagram etc with no resolve. I've asked to just be able to send the unworn items back for a money refund with no response from anyone. I need my $300 back.

      Business response

      07/12/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/23) */ 5/10/2022 Customer inquired over Instagram direct messages about return policy. We replied with the full policy and she stated "I ended up making an order anyways! I guess just for money back is what I meant but store credit works!" Order #58634 was placed by customer on 05/10/2022 for $301.46. She then asked over Instagram how to proceed with a return ( although two copies are included in every package we ship out and on our instagram and website) and we replied with instructions on how to do so. (photo can be provided for you) After shipping back her returns ( returned 4/6 items and receiving her store credit amount of $201.57 on 05/24/2022, she then used the store credit amount on a new purchase. Order #60143 was placed on 05/31/2022 for a total of $197.98 from her store credit balance with a 10% discount code on the order. On 06/07/2022 we receive another message over Instagram from customer stating she has not been helped by us and that she will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. She is claiming we are selling products from a company called Shein, which we have never bought any items from. She requests to have her money completely refunded back onto her original form of payment. Over the weekend we are out of office. On June 8th we gave customer a call on her personal cell phone in hopes to resolve the issue. We finally got to the conclusion, we thought , that she would be sending back the items she did not want to keep ( going against our return policy that she was aware of before placing an order) and we agreed to fully refund her card for the $201.57, but customer was responsible for return postage. We ended the conversation on the phone under the impression that customer was happy with the full refund once we received her items back. Customer has also stated multiple times that she has worn some items and has even planned to keep some items as stated in her emails to us. Pictures she has now deleted of her wearing our "Jesus is king" shirt she purchased and admitted to it in the emails. Over the weekend our employees notified us multiple times, 17-19 year old girls, that customer and her husband had called multiple times demanding a refund and posted all over their social media accounts and tagging us saying we are fraud and thieves etc. On Monday 06/20/2022 we received a notification of a chargeback that had been submitted by customer. We were very confused and wanted to reach back out to customer over Instagram messages because we thought any issues were resolved. We were blocked before we were able to get in touch with her, so we send an email. She responds to the email (can be included above) basically stating she will be pursuing further legal action and again we are purchasing from shein and sewing our name in the items ? We have proof of every item we carry and can provide you or the bank or anyone with any invoice for the items. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/06/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I will gladly send back everything I have except the Jesus in King shirt since that's the only thing I want to keep. It's also the only thing I've worn except for a dress I tried wearing to church that ripped within 5 mins. I want to return ALL items that have been unworn, even a dress from my first order. The one that ripped went in the trash where it belongs but the other I will not wear and would like full refund of all items I will send back. I also think for this, that the company should be paying for postage or crediting me for that as well in my refund. What I have stated and posted pictures of is the companies boutique name on a Shein dress. I have numerous messages from other boutique owners and small businesses, that is illegal. I'm not quite sure after all the harassment I've received about not being able to afford the items, to lying about quality, to telling me I'm not a good Christian or Christ like by stating I wanted a refund and would reach out to bbb because of the unprofessionalism and the lack of communication. I chose to give the boutique a second chance and be kind because that's the right thing to do. But once I received a Shein dress and wanted a refund for the items I was assaulted and told to be a liar which does not sit well with me. I need a full refund and I'm actually not quite sure why it's such a big deal to just make it right for all the hassle they have caused me and emotional sadness from the harassment about my faith and basically telling me I'm poor and can't afford their stuff. This is the absolute biggest slap in the face trying to support a small business that has what I thought to be a similar foundation. Instead they have lied, harassed me, bullied me and stole from me. I chose to block this Instagram account because I noticed they were checking in on me from personal accounts and there business account before ever even trying to help me, I had to say bbb for it to get recognized from the owners. I'm not even going to address the other lies of me deleting stuff and so forth, stories on Instagram delete themselves after 24 hours. They could give me my refund and be done with it. But I won't stop until it's made right.
