Bought vinyl flooring last year, Within few months in began to bubble. Bubbles are approx. 12" long x 2" wide x 1" high across the hallway. ***** installed and returned to inject glue and add weight. Weight remained 3 days but once removed the bubbles slowly returned and more bubbles rose up. The seams are also separating in some places 1/4" wide. I called in abt Nov and spoke with **** and ***** about problem returning. Was told ***** was out on injury and would call to return once back to work. Business has since been bought out but I was told they would honor the repair, I have been calling once a week since March 22 and keep getting the run around. ***** came on last Thursday and said he would speak with owner, was very apologetic and guaranteed me they would repair. When I spoke with him today he said it was all on the installer. I am a disabled Senior and a fall risk. I need them to honor the repair and give me refund for having to deal with this issue for a year. When ***** blamed the installer I asked for ******* phone #. The # I was given doesn't have a voicemail set up and the call is never returned. I was told now that ***** is an independent contractor and ***** believed that the new owners would not be responsible to the correction of this failed install. ***** also told me while here that he would contact manufacturer to see if there were any claims on this flooring but when I spoke to him today he said he had not done so. I told ***** that I believed that the new owners were responsible for the contractors that they use, that when they bought the company they bought the liability and that I expect resolution on this matter by the end of the weekCustomer response
